ScanViS Central Management Station (CMS) allows you to quickly and conveniently manage multiple access control devices under the GateGuard Series and GateGuard TH. Once CMS is installed, you can designate the rest of the GateGuard devices as managed ones and use a single interface to monitor and maintain the managed devices.
An easy-to-use GUI streamlines the deployment of the facial recognition access control system and tasks that takes advantage of unified management and orchestration. Everything from access logs, visitor management, attendance recording to watch list alerts are at your fingertips.
ScanViS Win CMS is a windows-based application that centralizes the management of up to 50 GateGuard devices. It synchronizes photos and ID groups upload across connected GateGuards. Administrators of the system can set different user groups and access time to adjust different security needs in access control.
Win CMS performs automatic search of GateGuard devices to be connected. It enables collection of access logs from all connected GateGuards, and archive of those records in a configurable period when hard disk space is available. Access logs are downloadable from the system for backup, review and analysis.
ScanViS Cloud CMS is a file sharing service that allows you to synchronize files of ID groups and connected GateGuard devices. The platform allows easy management of ID groups upload and schedule setting, access record retrieval and exportation, as well as blacklist notification. It can be scaled up to unlimited devices and enhances features such as attendance recording and visitor management. There is no extra fixed maintenance cost to run the system, leaving the running cost transparent and providing agility.
The cloud management tool is highly flexible and reliable. It is able to manage multiple platforms on the internet or third-party managed resources from a single point of reference, or intelligent analytics to automate processes like application lifecycle management, ability to handle system failure automatically with capabilities such as self-monitoring, and explicit notification mechanism.
