The ScanViS Visitor Management System (VMS) is a cloud-based platform designed for visitor self-registration and access control. VMS seamlessly integrates with the ScanViS GateGuard QR, enabling efficient access control processes. Once a visitor completes the self-registration process, they receive a static or dynamic QR code via email or SMS. With this QR code, visitors can easily scan it using the GateGuard QR located on turnstiles or doors to gain access to the building or office.
In contrast to the traditional method where visitors had to go to the front desk, fill in personal information, and obtain an access card, which consumed a significant amount of time and human resources, ScanViS VMS simplifies the process with its user-friendly interface. It ensures quick and accurate visitor access control and management through the versatile GateGuard QR, promoting security and efficiency while eliminating the need for paper-based documentation.
